Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscriptions”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles will be set depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Thegrowthguru Private Limited cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting support@Thegrowthguru.com customer support team.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide Thegrowthguru Private Limited with accurate and complete billing information that may include but is not limited to full name, address, state, postal or zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Thegrowthguru Private Limited to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Thegrowthguru Private Limited reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity. Termination

  2. Thegrowthguru Support Team never asks for any OTP, your Thegrowthguru account password, or any other kind of password from you. Beware of any fraud asking you for the same.
  3. If someone from the Affiliate/Customer Support team requests you to share any details like your registered number, email, etc., then share it on the chatbot of Thegrowthguru or email id having the extension of @Thegrowthguru.com only.
  4. You can mail us your queries at support@Thegrowthguru.com.
  5. For any announcements, Thegrowthguru uses the official social media handles already available on your dashboard only. (Login->Click On Top-Left Bar-> Thegrowthguru Community-> Official handles) Note: Beware of any fake groups. Trust our official social media handles for any official information only.
  6. Thegrowthguru Affiliate/Customer Support Team never asks for money for any kind of training, promotion, or support after you enroll in the courses. In case of any paid training or anything that is chargeable, will be publicly announced on our official handles only. Beware of those people who ask for money from you in the name of Thegrowthguru.
  7. Never take any registration amount (full or in parts) from your lead into your account, if you’re found doing so, your affiliate id might get suspended or permanently disabled. Make the registration only through officially designated payment methods (affiliate link, Thegrowthguru Instamojo link, Thegrowthguru official UPI, or net banking to the company’s account).
  8. The company is not responsible for any monetary transactions in any individual’s account (even the Company’s employee’s account) other than the official Bank Account of Thegrowthguru.

  6. If We determine that payment of affiliate commissions to You in any jurisdiction is illegal under any laws, then We may reserve the right to not pay affiliate commissions for any sales made in that jurisdiction.
  7. We may withhold Your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid to You.
  8. From time to time, we may update these Terms to clarify Our practices or to reflect new or different practices. For example, We may change the scope of Referral Fees, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules, or Referral Specifications or Referral Materials. If We make any material change to these Affiliate Terms, You will automatically receive an email notifying You that changes were made and prompting You to agree to Our new Affiliate Terms. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise.

The following activities are prohibited in Thegrowthguru:

  1. Selling Thegrowthguru courses at lower prices by offering cashbacks, discounts, or any other kind of offer(s) not declared by the company.
  2. Selling your affiliate account to anyone.
  3. Display of fake/misleading earnings/income proof by editing your own dashboard or using someone else’s dashboard and manipulating it by showing it in your name and as your own income proof, also sharing misleading information with any prospective buyer or lead.
  4. Talking to any existing affiliate acting as a lead/prospective buyer to know their process of conversion or promoting the courses.
  5. Abusing or using disrespectful words/tone while communicating with education partners, service partners, and staff of Thegrowthguru.
  6. Any kind of manipulation/misinterpretation of facts or information related to Thegrowthguru.
  7. Promoting any other Affiliate program/MLM to the fellow Affiliates/Customers of Thegrowthguru.

*Company will not be responsible, entertain, or try to resolve any types of personal disputes (like exchange of money, conflicts on any matter whatsoever, etc.) of leads, affiliates with each other, or that of affiliates with their leads.

NOTE :

In case of a violation of any of these guidelines, the rights to affiliate the Thegrowthguru courses could be temporarily suspended or permanently taken away. After suspension or termination, the Affiliate will still be able to access the courses but will not be able to promote the courses and earn a commission on their sales.

Affiliate Rules and Regulations in Good Faith

Duration: Lifetime applicability not restricted to any refunds or any timeline

Explanation of Rule:

If any form of manipulation is discovered involving Thegrowthguru affiliates after a proper investigation by Thegrowthguru Customer Support Team, and the lead/leads provide evidence (such as screenshots, screen recordings, audios, etc.) even after the Refund Policy expiration, the following rules and regulations will apply:

Consequences if the affiliate is found guilty:

1.1 Termination of Affiliate ID:

  • If commission amounts have already been transferred to an affiliate, and the affiliate does not return the commission amount upon request within 48 Hours, the affiliate’s ID will be terminated.
  • Leads won’t be liable for any refund in this scenario.

1.2 Return of Commission Amount:

  • If the commission is voluntarily returned by the affiliate to Thegrowthguru, only the commission amount will be transferred to the lead.
  • Lead’s access to the course and subscription will end when the commission amount is returned by Thegrowthguru.
  • Affiliate ID will continue working.

Please Note: This rule is incorporated as a gesture in good faith for the leads even after the refund policy expires, and will be done by Thegrowthguru Customer Support team with due diligence in conducting the investigation.

These rules and regulations are intended to maintain fairness and transparency in our affiliate program. We treat any form of manipulation seriously and will take the necessary action to uphold the integrity of our affiliate system.

Please be aware that these rules and regulations are subject to change, and affiliates are responsible for keeping up-to-date with the latest policies posted on our official website.

By participating in Thegrowthguru affiliate program, affiliates agree to adhere to these rules and regulations and understand the consequences of violating them.

Here are 20 examples of manipulative practices that affiliates should avoid to prevent facing consequences:

1) False Guarantees: Promising guaranteed job opportunities, internships, or earnings from Thegrowthguru courses.

3) Misrepresentation of Commission Structure: Providing inaccurate information about the commission structure to leads in order to earn more money for oneself.

4) Inflating or Deflating Product Costs: Misleading leads by inflating Thegrowthguru product prices to extract extra or less money from them.

5) Unauthorized Money Transfers: Persuading leads to buy Thegrowthguru Products and make direct money transfer to the personal bank accounts of affiliates instead of the official payment channels provided by Thegrowthguru.

6) False Commission Settlement: Providing incorrect information about commission settlements, intentionally withholding or manipulating commission payments.

7) Misrepresentation: Intentionally misrepresenting facts or information about Thegrowthguru, its products, or services to mislead leads.

8) Providing False Information: Deliberately providing incorrect information to leads with the intention of influencing their decisions.

9) Misleading Refund Information: Furnishing leads with false or inaccurate refund information if leads inquire about the refund policy.

  4. Promoting Fake Offers: Advertising non-existent or deceptive offers to lure leads into taking action.
  5. Unapproved Content Alterations: Modifying Thegrowthguru official content, including course materials or promotional materials, without prior authorization.

Apart from these examples, if any other form of manipulation is found, affiliates will face the consequences as mentioned in the rules and regulations outlined on the official Thegrowthguru website.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, which governing law applies to the agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding Service.

Changes To Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of Service, or the entire Service, to users, including registered users.

Amendments To Terms

Add-ons remain active only with active packages. If a customer has refunded a bundle package, the add-ons will no longer be available.

No waiver by Company of any term or condition set forth in Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Company to assert a right or provision under Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of Terms will continue in full force and effect.
